This place is secure, conveniently located near great dining options and attractions, with modern amenities and a cozy bed, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

It was a cheap hotel that covered all our needs. We loved rooms with couch bed. The decor here was comfortable. The property was in an absolutely perfect location, in a well-kept garden.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very nice.

Thanks a lot guys for a really lovely stay for the price. The stuff are very very helpful, no complaints whatsoever. The units where decent sized with a separate bedroom. The location is magnificent and minutes from a boat dock. There is Rally's Hamburgers serving quick meals 10 mins walk from the hotel.

We return to this motel frequently. It is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and clean. And the suites are a particularly good value. We will continue to stay at Founder's Brook in the future!
